The ever-popular Wilderer Oktoberfest will be taking place for the 25th consecutive year! This not-to-be-missed event promises fun activities and traditional German games with fantastic prizes up for grabs, including a best-dressed prize.

Tickets & Pricing

R500 per person for adults and children aged 2+
Includes: R50 entry ticket + R450 food & drink credit to spend on the day (excluding gratuity).

Table of 10: R5000
Includes: R500 entry (10 x R50) + R4 500 food & drink credit (excluding gratuity).

Children 0–2 attend free if they do not require a seat.

Food & drink credit is valid on the day only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

After your purchase
Once your payment is processed, we will email your confirmation and tickets within 48 hours. After receiving your confirmation email, please contact us to confirm your booking time (time slots are limited).

T&C:

• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

• To purchase tickets, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name and email address.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tickets.

• Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified on the ticket.

• Tickets must be presented in person to gain admission to the Oktoberfest event.

• Admission may be denied if the ticket is damaged, altered, or duplicated.

• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

• Any attempt to resell or transfer tickets may result in invalidation of the tickets and revocation of admission.

• Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• In the event of event cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will not be refunded. We will make every effort to provide advance notice of any event changes.

• Food & drink credit is valid only on the event date and is non-refundable. Unused credit is forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit may be redeemed against food and beverages only and excludes gratuity.

• We collect personal information from you in order to process your ticket purchase. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By purchasing tickets through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
