Beautiful choice grade South African raspberries, grown in the maritime terroir of the Hemel-en-Aarde valley, are handpicked and pressed to release the stunningly aromatic pulp.

Carefully distilled in small batches to preserve and celebrate its delicate flavours. Each bottle of Himbeergeist contains close to 500 grams of raspberries. This authentic German styled Eau de vie is enjoyed neat or with a quality cigar.

This unusual grappa boasts a minty nose flanked by robust white pepper and chocolate notes with a hint of smoke on the finish.

Serve alongside a good coffee to tease out the elusive oak and cherry characteristics.

Classic barrique grappa distilled from Pinotage grape skins and matured in French oak barrels, which previously housed Pinotage wine for four years.

Vanilla, cherries and coffee roast aromas on the palate, harmonious wood, soft and round with a rich and sweet finish. This product, with this cultivar, is the first of its sort and unique to South Africa.

This healing herb bitter is a uniquely South African speciality, produced from over thirty fresh herbs endemic to the Western Cape, including wild rosemary, African wormwood, devil’s claw and buchu.

The herbs are distilled without any added flavouring, colourants or sugar. Expect detailed herb aromas that range from nut and spice to revitalising mint. Enjoy after a meal as a digestive or before retiring for the evening.

The Rose Water Gin is as fresh and floral as a breath of spring air. The distiller carefully infuses fresh rose petals along with juniper, cinnamon, cardamom and many more botanicals to naturally recreate Turkish Delight.

Expect a well-balanced and subtle rose flavour with a complex background of juniper and spice. Even before its release, the Rose Water Gin immediately won two gold medals – a testament to the Wilderer standard.
