Wilderer Mini Big 5

Description

Five Wilderer classics. One tasting collection.

Discover the craftsmanship, flavours and character of Wilderer Distillery with the Mini Big 5 — a curated collection of five 50ml bottles showcasing some of our most distinctive South African craft spirits.

The set includes:

Fynbos Gin – 50ml | 43% ALC
A distinctly South African gin produced from fine wine spirits, unique Cape fynbos botanicals and clear spring water from the Franschhoek mountains. Well-balanced herbs, spices and zest reveal juniper berries, lively citrus, floral notes and complex Cape fynbos aromas.

Cape Fynbos Herb Bitter – 50ml | 40% ALC
A uniquely South African herb bitter produced from more than 30 fresh herbs endemic to the Western Cape, including wild rosemary, African wormwood, devil’s claw and buchu. Distilled without added flavouring, colourants or sugar, it offers detailed herbal aromas ranging from nut and spice to refreshing mint.

Williams Birne – Pear Eau de Vie – 50ml | 43% ALC
A classic fruit spirit with the delicious aroma and flavour of ripe Williams pears. Fragrant and fruit-forward, it can be enjoyed as a digestif, used as a base for cocktails or added to fruity desserts.

Grappa Pinotage – 50ml | 43% ALC
A classic barrique grappa distilled from Pinotage grape skins and matured for four years in French oak barrels previously used for Pinotage wine. Expect vanilla, cherries and roasted coffee aromas, harmonious oak and a soft, rounded palate with a rich, sweet finish.

Obstler – Apple & Pear Eau de Vie – 50ml | 43% ALC
An authentic German-style fruit spirit made from hand-selected Golden Delicious apples and premium Williams pears. The fruit is cored, fermented and distilled separately before the two eaux de vie are blended to create a beautifully balanced expression of crisp apple and ripe pear.
