
The perfect serve for the Wilderer Fynbos Gin & Tonic. While the pineapple provides a tropical sweetness which compliments the herbaceous structure of the Fynbos beautifully, the curry leaves serves to add an exotic twist and taste of sesame seeds.
INGREDIENTS
In a Wilderer Gin glass, add:
- 50 ml of Wilderer Fynbos Gin
- A pinch of dried (or fresh) curry leaves
- A generous chunk of fresh pineapple
- Fill the glass with ice
- 200 ml of choice tonic water
