The perfect serve for the Wilderer Fynbos Gin & Tonic. While the pineapple provides a tropical sweetness which compliments the herbaceous structure of the Fynbos beautifully, the curry leaves serves to add an exotic twist and taste of sesame seeds.

INGREDIENTS

In a Wilderer Gin glass, add:

  • 50 ml of Wilderer Fynbos Gin
  • A pinch of dried (or fresh) curry leaves
  • A generous chunk of fresh pineapple
  • Fill the glass with ice
  • 200 ml of choice tonic water
